CON-SPACE Delivers Third Order to PEMA
Richmond, British Columbia CANADA, October 5, 2005 - CON-SPACE Communications Ltd. (TSX - V: CCB), (www.con-space.com), is pleased to announce that it recently received an order for the sale of radio accessory products worth an estimated US$102,000 from Pennsylvania where it's equipment was used to rescue nine miners working in the Quecreek Mine.
The order received by the Company is the third largest order to come directly from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency ("PEMA") within the last 6 months. The two previous orders will be included in the Company's annual report dated June 30th, 2005, totaling more than $228,000. The US$102,000 order received recently was entirely for SR65i radio accessory products for the Police Departments in the Counties surrounding Pittsburgh. After a series of extensive comparison tests, PEMA, specifically Region VIII around Pittsburgh, selected CON-SPACE over their competition.
CON-SPACE president, Terry Ibbetson, stated, "This is positive evidence that our message is getting through. As we continue to grow, the product demand for CON-SPACE is incredible. ''Mr. Ibbetson added, "This is a trend we expect to continue as the individual State EMA offices prepare themselves for Homeland Defense."

Adding to these numbers there is Canada, Great Britain, the rest of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc. The world wide market potential is estimated to exceed $4 Billion for the kind of equipment CON-SPACE specializes in producing.
