CON-SPACE Delivers MORE TO GEMA
Richmond, British Columbia CANADA, October 12, 2005 - CON-SPACE Communications Ltd. (TSX - V: CCB), (www.con-space.com), is pleased to announce that it has recently received a follow up order to last year's 10 Urban Search & Rescue ("USAR") Task Force Kits from the State of Georgia.
The order received by the Company came directly from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency ("GEMA"). With this order, Georgia broke the record for the number of large USAR Task Force Kits to be shipped to any one State. This fiscal year, they broke the record again by ordering another 40 cable reels, totaling more than $120,000, to support the kits purchased last year. The USAR Taskforce Kit is a Hardline two-way voice communication system designed to meet specific rescue needs.
CON-SPACE President, Terry Ibbetson, stated, "Georgia has always been a good State for CON-SPACE, and we have always appreciated their support and encouragement especially in the early years. ''Mr. Ibbetson added, "These two orders are a part of a Statewide Mission to properly protect the citizens of Georgia and their neighbors from Terrorism and Mother Nature."

In the US alone there are 4,800,000 dangerous confined spaces thorough out 37 different industries, plus 33,000 Fire Departments, 53,000 Water Departments, plus rescue, police, government agencies, and military, homeland security and domestic preparedness. Adding to these numbers there is Canada, Great Britain, the rest of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc. The world wide market potential is estimated to exceed $4 Billion for the kind of equipment CON-SPACE specializes in producing.
