RICHMOND, BC - Mr. Graham Withington, General Manager, CON-SPACE
Communications (UK) Ltd., a subsidiary of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd.,
(TSX:CCB) announced today that Her Majesty's Fire Service Inspectorate, a
division of the Deputy Prime Minister's office in London, England, has just
purchased twenty-nine Victim Locator Kits for CDN $112,000.

These Victim Locator Kits are basically the same CON-SPACE equipment that
was used to make initial voice communication with the nine trapped miners in
Pennsylvania and assist in their successful rescue last July. They are also
used by rescue teams the world over.

The Company's equipment has been approved and included in a contract with
the British Urban Search & Rescue Teams throughout England who will have use
of these kits through the UK Fire Brigades and other public sector
organizations.

CON-SPACE, recently advanced to Tier 1 status, representing the Toronto
Venture Exchange's most advanced Issuers, has consistently succeeded in
developing special voice communication equipment designed to provide safety
to workers and assist in rescue efforts. The Victim Locator Kit was
designed after input from rescuers and their efforts after the Oklahoma City
Bombing. The equipment was used extensively in a vain effort to locate
survivors in the aftermath of the World Trade Center and Pentagon disasters.

The Company's reputation has spread worldwide and has resulted in escalating
growth and profitability. The company's website is at www.con-space.com.
