RICHMOND, BC - Further to the New Release of September 18, 2002, when it was announced that the shares held in escrow were to be released over five and one-half years, Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman, CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., (TSX-VEN: CCB) announced today that the Toronto Venture Exchange has now approved the Company's proposal to provide escrow release over a 36-month period based on the Company being a Tier 1 issuer. The Company became a Tier 1 issuer as of January 9, 2003.
It is expected that this new release schedule
will be retroactive to January 9th to correspond to the Company's
advancement to Tier one status. As the Company's business continues
to flourish application will be made immediately to the issuer's
trust company to release these shares accordingly.
