Richmond, BC -- Mr. Terence A. Ibbetson, President, CON-SPACE COMMUNICA-TIONS LTD., (VSE:CCB) announced today that the company has concluded arrangements for Nakao International to represent the CON-SPACE product lines in Japan.
"Our International business is experiencing fairly rapid growth" said Ibbetson, "and a market like Japan is of great importance to us. With the recent financial support we received from the Bank of Montreal, Innovation and Technology Centre, we are now in a position to put more development into our International Operations." CON-SPACE recently announced the establishment of a new credit facility with the Bank of Montreal totalling $700,000.
This innovative British Columbia company is just over four years old. During this time CON-SPACE has become the leader in its field and is also considered to be the world's leading authority on confined space communication equipment. CON-SPACE products are sold throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Hong Kong, South Korea and now Japan. Though still a young company CON-SPACE has gained a reputation as the primary producer of these unique, high quality communication products which are presently relied on by general industry, Fire Departments and the Military in North America and many other parts of the World.
Nakao currently markets High Tech rescue and safety products throughout Japan and plans to sell CON-SPACE products via its current network which includes major organizations like Sakura Rubber Co. Sakura has sales offices across Japan and has already taken delivery of its first shipment of CON-SPACE equipment.
