CON-SPACE CONCLUDES PURCHASE OF SCT

Dusseldorf - Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., (VSE:CCB), a Canadian company, announced today the conclusion of the agreements to acquire Lynx-SCT Group GmbH and its operating division, Safety Concepts and Technologies (SCT) of Switzerland.

"This purchase is very significant," said Swanson, "it gives CON-SPACE the world distribution rights on a patented product called the 'Safety-Roll'". The 'Safety-Roll' is a precision manufactured pulley control-head used for ascent/descent and fall arrest applications. The acquisition includes, along with the 'Safety-Roll', a variety of other fall protection and retrieval products, all used by general industry, municipalities, militaries and rescue personnel worldwide.

CON-SPACE has its world headquarters in Richmond, B. C., Canada with subsidiaries in: Blaine, WA, USA; Kent, England' and now a branch in Wagen, Switzerland. Mr. Frank Wenzinger, President of the Lynx-SCT Group has now joined the CON-SPACE staff and will be responsible for CON-SPACE operations within continental Europe.

CON-SPACE has established distribution throughout North America, Asia Pacific, England and now the rest of Europe.

"The addition of these new products will greatly expand our operations," said Ibbetson, President of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., adding, "Preliminary marketing has already started but can now swing into high gear."

The Company will be releasing details of the purchase of Lynx-SCT next week at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders being held in Richmond on November 13th.

Vancouver Stock Exchange approval of the transaction is expected by then.
