RICHMOND, BC - Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd. (CDNX: CCB) announced this morning the addition of Mr. David Palmer to the position of Investor Relations Officer for the Company.
Mr. Palmer has over 10 years of experience within the public market and investor environment. He has been involved with CON-SPACE since the Company started in 1991 and is knowledgeable of its operations. "We are very pleased to be adding an individual of David's caliber to our organization," said Swanson.
"CON-SPACE has matured dramatically over the last two years and we believe it is now time to pursue a more assertive pathway to the investing public" said Swanson. The company has experienced continued growth since its inception and reported its first annual profit in the fiscal year concluded June 30, 1999. To date, this year's sales have been affected by the concern in North America over Y2K and the uncertainty it may bring.

within North America and Great Britain. These products are sold
into thirty-five different industries, plus fire departments,
