RICHMOND, BC - Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman, of CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., announced today it proposes to issue, upon regulatory approval, shares of the company to its employees as a settlement for services rendered. If approved these shares will be issued at the market discounted price of $0.25. The Company currently owes its employees a total of $23,000 and therefore proposes to issue 92,000 common shares.
