RICHMOND, BC - Mr. Terence A. Ibbetson, President, CON-SPACE Communications Ltd., (TSX:CCB) announced today that the Company received orders worth $1,022,000, during the month of August, all of which will ship during this fiscal year.
"While the British Army order contributed the lions share," said Ibbetson, "our regular August sales were significantly higher than forecasted as were orders received for products we build for other manufactures." The Company's sales of Private Labeled (OEM) equipment has grown considerably representing 20% of last year's total revenue.
Over the past 10 years CON-SPACE has developed a strong market niche for its communication equipment across all market sectors. The Company is therefore ready to supply the increased needs imposed on the Military and Rescue Communities in North America, the UK and other parts of the world, for training and equipping teams of First Responders to combat terrorist activities.

products for Rescuers and the Military both under our own name
and under the names of other manufacturers (OEM's)," said
Ibbetson, "so we expect to see more months like August in
the not too distant future."
