Richmond, B. C. -- Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE COMMUNICATIONS LTD., announced today an increase in sales of 56.6% for the first six months of fiscal 1995/96.

CON-SPACE, who manufactures specialized communication and alarm equipment for the Military, Government Agencies, Municipalities, General Industry and Rescue Departments, has successfully marketed its products throughout North American for over three years. Its products are responsible for the improvement in efficiency, safety, and lifesaving activities for numerous organizations.

During the first six months ended December 31, 1995, CON-SPACE's sales increased from $334,529 to $523,907. Its operational loss declined from $95,664 a year ago to $88,224 this year or ($0.01) per share for both years. "Though we have been effected by the general slow up of business in the United States caused by the lack of approval of the American operating budget, we still managed an increase in sales of over fifty percent," said Swanson, adding, "We foresee a substantial improvement during our next six months."
