Richmond, B. C. -- Mr. Terence A. Ibbetson, President of CON-SPACE COMMUNICATIONS LTD. (VSE:CCB), announced today that the City of Philadelphia Water Department has selected CON-SPACE communication products for their work crews.

"The City of Philadelphia is ordering a number of systems over the next few months," said Ibbetson, adding, "After initial tests and trials involving their work crews, they quickly decided on the CON-SPACE equipment because the crews 'liked it and it got the job done!'"

Several major cities are now using CON-SPACE Systems in their Water/Waste Water operations. The list includes Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Long Beach, Honolulu and even Hong Kong.

CON-SPACE, who designs and manufactures specialized voice communication systems for industry, municipalities, the military and fire department rescue teams, is considered the world's leading authority on such equipment. Its name and reputation are rapidly making a positive impression throughout North America, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia.

Though Mr. Ibbetson declined to state the amount of the contract with Philadelphia, he did state that it was on-going and that substantial number of CON-SPACE systems will be delivered over the next twelve months.
