Richmond, B. C. -- Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE COMMUNICATIONS LTD. (VSE:CCB) announced today that Mr. Vincent L. Ready has been elected to the company's Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
Mr. Ready, who has been a longtime supporter of CON-SPACE, was nominated by the current Board members to be a candidate for directorship in the company. During the official business portion of the AGM the shareholders elected him to the position of director. "We are very pleased to have Mr. Ready join the Board of Directors of our company. He has a unique sense of business that will be helpful to CON-SPACE now that it is into the expansion stage of its growth," said Swanson.
During his many years as a leading Arbitrator and Mediator in Canada, Vince Ready has gained an enviable reputation for honesty and fairness in his dealings with people from Labour, Corporations and Government. His special talents have been utilized in over 4,000 negotiations Nationwide. Due to his reputation for getting the job done and getting it done well, he has been called on many times by different Governments (Federal and Provincial) to serve on or head various Government Commissions. He has also successfully built his own company, Vincent L. Ready, Labour Arbitration & Mediation Services Ltd., of which he is the president. It is this experience that has given him the unique insight into what builds a successful customer, employee and shareholder oriented company.

Ready, along with J. D. (Pat) Thomas, President of Westcoast Securities Ltd., Montgomery J. Alton, retired, Terence A. Ibbetson, President, and James L.
