RICHMOND, BC-Mr. James L. Swanson, Chairman of CON-SPACE COMMUNICATIONS LTD., (VSE:CCB) today announced the third consecutive record breaking quarter of this fiscal year. Fourth Quarter of Fiscal 1998, ended June 30th, and closed at approximately $550,000.
"We continue to see our company grow, not only here in North America, but also around the world," said Swanson. This young Canadian company, with head office in Richmond, BC, Canada and subsidiaries in the United States and England, started business in 1992, and has earned a reputation as the world's leading supplier of specialized voice communication equipment for confined spaces and other hazardous locations. CON-SPACE products are now used in many parts of the world and its customers include airlines, general industry, rescue teams, municipalities, fire departments, militaries, and government agencies in several different countries. It even builds "Private Labeled" products for other manufactures.
"We invested considerable resources, into expanding our marketing activities this past year," said Terence A. Ibbetson, company President, "and the results are beginning to show. As we progress through next year we fully anticipate increasing levels of sales."
The company will release actual financial results later in August, but expect total sales for the fiscal year 1998 to be in the order of $1,930,000.
