The CON-SPACE Power Talk Box is a lightweight, hands-free, portable two-way intercom speaker that allows rescuers full duplex communication with the victim.  Because it is battery operated, you can fix it to a ladder or drop it over the side of a crane or building and talk hands free, ideal for high angle rescues.
