"This is a blanket contract in excess of $100,000 Canadian," said Ibbetson, adding, "it covers all City of San Diego departments: Water, Waste Water, Hydro, Rescue Teams, Police and Fire Departments." The CON-SPACE product was selected after many months of evaluation.
CON-SPACE, whose customer list reads like a who's who of major industrial clients, supplies Cities and Municipalities across North America with its specialized Intrinsically Safe Approved communication and alarm equipment to improve the safety and increase the efficiency of individuals who must work in and around Confined Spaces and hazardous work environments.
As the World authority on such specialized equipment not only are major municipalities like San Diego purchasing the CON-SPACE equipment but so is general industry, the Military, Fire Departments and Rescue Teams.
